About Oilband
History
Since its foundation in 2000, Oilband has quickly established itself as one of the leading suppliers of automation software for the downstream petrochemical distribution market, and continues to provide innovative automation solutions for both large and small terminals across the world.
Building on the expertise gained supporting the original PetroManager and PetroStocks systems acquired at the company's inception, newly developed versions of these packages were implemented to leverage developments in technology since the original release.
This led to the development of migration paths from the legacy PetroManager and PetroStocks v3 systems, and the company's portfolio was strengthened further with the addition of PetroSupervisor, which has proven to be extremely successful in the petrochemical distribution marketplace.
Following on from the popularity of the PetroSupervisor system, Oilband is now celebrating another milestone, with the release of PetroMonitor, a tank gauging and level monitoring system for both large and small oil terminals and chemical plants which can be used as a standalone package or as a fully integrated module.
