On-site maintenance
Server maintenance and replacement Oilband offers maintenance contracts on all systems, which include on-site support for hardware and software. This includes:
- Complete server cover, including all Oilband-supplied peripherals and components
- Software maintenance, including preventative maintenance and event-driven callout
- Mechanical cover, including replacement of covered components as well as on-site servicing
- Repair, replacement and maintenance of Oilband-supplied electrical panels as well as some third-party panels (subject to the individual terms of the contract)
Global cover
All of our on-site maintenance services are available at customer sites anywhere in the world. We offer global on-site services both as part of a maintenance contract and on a per-event fee basis, with priority support offered to contract holders. Non-contract holders still receive rapid response support, with the response time depending on the urgency of the request.
