PetroLedger is an add-on module for the premier PetroManager terminal automation system, which support effortless handling of a modern terminal's finances.
PetroLedger provides a full customer credit control package geared towards the main stream petroleum distribution sector. Fundamental credit management facilities can be interfaced with the PetroManager terminal automation system to provide an extremely powerful load-driven credit control system. Features included in the core application are as follows:
- Customer account summary including all credits and debits.
- Automatic payment receipt scheduling with manual override facility.
- Delivery details summary including all customer deliveries over a specific date range including product quantities and overall delivery value.
- Individual customer credit terms.
- Terminal daily cash sheet.
Linking the PetroLedger module to the core PetroManager terminal automation system gives the following additional features:
- Instant transfer of loads and associated invoices on load completion.
- Customer credit status warning on order entry.
- Per-product quota status on order entry including: daily/weekly/monthly/user-defined periodic trip points and low litres warning.
